This daiquiri is made with Rivers Rum, from the distillery lost in time in the north of Grenada, watermill powered.
By gravity the cane juice boils and ferments with techniques disappeared today, then distilled in a wooden/fire pot still.
Craftly mixed with organic lime juice and organic sugar syrup.
